  • There may be minor differences in the color or texture shown in the photographs on our website and the actual products. Color appearance may vary on different computers and photographs are not 100% accurate. Returned products with minor color or texture differences are subject to shipping fees or return shipping cost fees.  Items that are clearly different in appearance than shown on website are considered defective.


  • Most of the bulbs we use are referred to as reproduction Edison/Vintage style bulbs.

  • Typically the bulbs will last 3-4 years with normal usage.

  • Additional light bulbs are very easy to obtain. A great source to find these would be online, through Amazon. You will also be able to find these bulbs at specialty lighting stores, or even most hardware stores may carry a variety of different bulb styles.

  • We also include the original box that the bulb came in as a reference as well.

  • Another note: All the light bulb sockets are standard size, so they are really interchangeable with most any light bulb that is ‘dimmable’. (The reproduction Edison bulbs come in different shapes, sizes, filaments and wattages – there are even newer LED “vintage style” bulb options also available.)


  • All pieces are packaged safely/securely and typically shipped via FedEx Ground.

  • Orders generally ship out within 4-5 business days. If you have a rush shipping request, please notify us and we can most likely accommodate.

  • Fedex Ground shipping times vary by location: Typically 1-2 days West Coast/4-5 days East Coast

  • Upon shipment, you will receive automatic email notifications of when your order ships with tracking information, and another upon delivery.


  • International usage requires a voltage converter/adapter if your local electrical output is different than the US (110/120V).


  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our priority is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience that encourages you to shop with us for years to come. 


  • Exchanges: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and an exchange can be arranged. (Original receipt of payment required).

  • Custom: Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. All custom pieces are done by hand using craftsmen techniques, making each item unique. We thoroughly inspect each item, and only ship items that meet our quality standards.


  • 1 year Warranty: If anything should happen to go wrong with your lamp (other than physical damage) we will gladly repair or replace your item and arrange the shipping for you.

  • Repairs caused by physical damage we will gladly accommodate, but may incur a service and/or a shipping charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and we will gladly arrange a replacement to be sent.
